Thanks! The color is Indigo Batik by Sherwin Williams. Naval by Sherwin Williams is also very nice and probably a truer navy than mine.

Hi Cheryl! Oh, that sounds fun!! Love the texture idea. Ah, yes, I understand. Well, you might be using too much paint. And/or maybe heavier handed as you first lay or lift the brush. I get that some too. I think it’s a little unavoidable but you can do things to help. Like being more deliberate with a light hand. And I will use the brush as it’s very dry (after the paint has been used up and you didn’t dip again yet) and sort of go over and over it to kind of blend it just a bit. Hope that helps! :) xo
