Hi Cheryl, you can add Grapefruit Seed Extract, Vitamin E or Rosemary extract to help with shelf life. I would say without, probably a few months as long as no water is introduced.

Hmm, I don’t have a date but I would think they would last a pretty good while since they are made with sugar and/or salt. Both have natural preservative properties.
