In reply to Tracey. Oh wow, really?!! That's wild! Good luck with yours! I haven't used it for this yet, but apparently, people have great luck using the Fusion Mineral Paint for this as well. (even "pleather/leather" types of furniture too!) :)

I remember when you did this. I love it. I have a chair (exact same) and matching ottoman with flowered fabric inherited. It’s essentially brand new, so I hated to get rid of it, so I’m going to do this exactly. I love the look. Thanks for the reminder ! XO

Thanks for the information however, I did sand them prior to the wax. What kind of wax did you use?

In reply to Shari Hewitt. Hi Shari! I would suggest giving them a light sanding. Not enough to remove the color but just enough to soften them up. That's what I've done to soften mine fabric painted items in the past. (I'm not familiar with easy peasy spray though so not sure how that will affect the sanding and getting it soft...probably best to do the spray after sanding) Good luck! xo

I painted my dining room chairs with Dixie Belle chalk paint. Although they look beautiful the fabric is very stiff and rough feeling. I sprayed Easy Peasy was on them and rubbed it in but they are still rough to the touch. Other than that they are perfect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In reply to Nancy. Hi Nancy! Yay, I'm so glad. :) I didn't tape it, I just used a small painter's brush to do it. It took a little more time but worked well. You could just tape it though! Either way should work just fine. :) xo
