And today it’s all about CORAL color. I love coral color paint and have used it a little bit myself over the years. Not only in paint but also in decor. I love it as an accent color since it’s not quite a bold as red and not quite as “sweet” as pink.

See?? I don’t paint everything blue or white. Or I didn’t use to anyway!! haha I’m working on expanding my painting palette again.
Looking at all of the photos in this post is sure is making me want to add a splash of color back to my rooms. How about you?
I hope you enjoyed these as much as I did. I love coral because it’s a little more, well, less feminine than pink and a little less loud than red. It’s the perfect shade to add a splash of color to your decor. And one that I am seriously thinking about adding into my decor. At least for summer.

Thanks, Nan! I would probably use something like spray paint and an exterior sealer spray for that. You could also try chalk style paint if you want the weathered look. That would require no sealer as it would not wear well. But the chalk paint by itself would be fine for outside although it will weather somewhat. Not sure what look you are after! xo
Hi Candace, are they in good shape otherwise?? No chipping, etc? If so, you can give them a light sand (to remove any shine) and paint them. You can use chalk style paint or something like I used on our kitchen island here with a primer. If you want to use chalk paint, you can check out this post where I write about 26 different types here. (in that post you will also find links to the 5 best ways to seal chalk paint and the pros and cons of chalk paint) Hope that helps! :) xo

Love these! Any tips for painting wood for outside? I have an old chair with no seat that I would like to use as a garden chair. Thanks!
Thanks, Nan! I would probably use something like spray paint and an exterior sealer spray for that. You could also try chalk style paint if you want the weathered look.
